1 lakh 85 thousand 104 new patients came forward in the country on Tuesday. 82,231 people recovered and 1,026 died. Thus the number of active cases i.e. patients undergoing treatment has increased by 1 lakh 1 thousand 835 people. The number of new patients is setting new records every day, but for the first time, the number of active cases has also increased by more than one lakh. The death toll has also crossed 1,000 for the first time this year. The first wave of epidemics last year killed 1,281 people on September 15.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has demanded the Center to cancel the 10th and 12th standard examinations of the CBSE in view of the rising number of cases of Koro transition in the capital. He said corona cases are steadily rising across the country. The transition is spreading rapidly. Getting tested in such a situation is no more dangerous.


The impact of the second wave of Corona in the country has reached the Supreme Court. According to sources, several members of the Supreme Court staff have been infected with Corona. For security reasons, all hearings in the Supreme Court will now be video-conferencing. All judges will work from their residences during this time. In the meantime, separate benches of the court will sit and hear the case one hour late from the scheduled time.
